Refund policy

Free Returns/Exchanges

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We will schedule a return pickup for you. If there's no courier service available at your address, you will be asked to self ship and we'll reimburse you the courier charge.

Please note: Return pickup services in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad are not available at most pincodes.

In exchanging for something else?
In the event of an exchange, you have the flexibility to select an alternative product of equal or lower value. If the replacement item has a lower value, the difference can be refunded to you to your bank account. This will be completed in 7 working days from the time the return parcel is received to our warehouse.

Please note that item(s) once exchanged cannot be exchanged or returned again. Only 1 return/exchange per order is accepted.

The whole exchange process can take upto 15 working days. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. In the rare event that a product you've ordered arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please ensure that you have an unboxing video or any other proofs supporting your claim.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 working days from the time the return parcel is received to our warehouse. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@satvv.com.

For Orders placed on COD (Cash on Delivery), the amount will be refunded to Store Credit which can be used against any future purchase(s) over the next 1 year from the date of issue.

Failure to accept delivery

In the event of delivery failure due to courier limitations, we will ship another courier at no additional cost. You will be notified about delivery attempts each time.

In case of failure to accept delivery for any reasons other than courier limitations, a return shipping fee of Rs.100 will be deducted from the refund. If a COD order is refused, future COD orders will be disabled.
